3a. Press Clippings – OSDEL Licence

The GRUFON platform includes excerpts from publications of the Greek and international press (newspapers, magazines, and online publications), which are made available under a special non-exclusive licence with extended effect granted to the ERENZO Association by the Greek Collective Management Organisation for Literary Works (OSDEL), in accordance with Law 2121/1993 and Article 7A of Law 4481/2017.

This licence is subject to the following conditions, which every user is required to acknowledge:

The excerpts are made available exclusively for scientific research and other non-profit purposes.
No reproduction exceeds 15% of the extent of a published work. In the case of newspapers and magazines, only a single individual article may be presented. The reproduction or presentation of an entire issue, edition, or page is strictly prohibited.
Where a publication is already lawfully available on the copyright holder's or publisher's official website, the platform provides a link to the original source and does not reproduce or store the content.
The licence does not cover recent publications. Works first published on or after 1 January 2021 are excluded. The available publication period is extended progressively (e.g. from 1 January 2027, works first published in 2021 become available, and so forth). The platform's search system allows users to browse records according to the year of first publication.

Prohibited Uses

The materials made available through this platform are protected by copyright. Users are expressly prohibited from:

downloading any part of the material to any device;
printing the material for any purpose;
reproducing, digitising, storing, copying, or transferring the material to another system or network;
distributing, communicating, sharing, or otherwise making the material available to any third party.

OSDEL is the sole authority authorised to grant permission for any use of these publications beyond the scope of the licence described above.

The ERENZO Association implements appropriate technical measures to prevent the prohibited activities listed above. Any violation of these restrictions by a user is carried out without the knowledge or authorisation of the Association and shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the offending user.

8. Online Donations

ERENZO provides visitors with the option to make voluntary online donations through the GRUFON website in order to support the Association's research, scientific, archival, educational, and public awareness activities.

All online payments are processed exclusively through the secure payment environment of Viva.com. ERENZO does not collect, process, or store any credit or debit card information. Card payment details are handled solely by Viva.com in accordance with its own security and privacy policies.

By making a donation, the donor confirms that:

the information provided is accurate and complete;
they are the lawful holder or authorized user of the selected payment method;
the donation is made voluntarily and without any expectation of receiving goods or services in return.

Donations constitute voluntary financial contributions intended to support the statutory objectives and activities of ERENZO. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or in the event of a verified technical or processing error, completed donations are non-refundable.

ERENZO reserves the right to reject or cancel any transaction where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the transaction is fraudulent, unauthorized, unlawful, or otherwise violates these Terms of Use.

9. Purchase of Event Tickets

Tickets for events organised by ERENZO / GRUFON are sold through our partner ticketing platform more.com. All purchases and payments are processed exclusively within the secure environment of more.com, in accordance with that platform's terms of use and privacy policy. ERENZO does not collect, process, or store any credit or debit card details.

Each ticket is valid solely for the specific event and date for which it was issued and is personal to the holder. The ticket voucher must be presented upon entry to the event.

Cancellation and refund policy: Cancellations with a full refund are accepted up to seven (7) days before the event date. After this deadline, and in the event of non-attendance (no-show), no refund will be provided. In the event of definitive cancellation or a material change to the event for which the organiser is responsible, the full ticket price will be refunded. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, as well as to refuse entry on grounds of safety or inappropriate conduct.

During the event, photography or video recording may take place for documentation and promotional purposes, as further specified in the Privacy Policy.

10. User-Submitted Material (Sighting Reports)

The platform allows users to submit reports of observed phenomena (UAP), which may be accompanied by text, photographs, or video. By submitting such material, the user represents and warrants that:

they are the creator or holder of the necessary rights to the submitted material, or have obtained the relevant permission;
the material does not infringe the rights of any third party or applicable law;
the information provided is, to the best of their knowledge, true and accurate.

By submitting, the user grants ERENZO / GRUFON a non-exclusive licence to use the material for the Association's research, documentation, and archival purposes. Public posting of a report together with information that could identify the submitter takes place only with that person's explicit consent; otherwise the report is anonymised or kept strictly internal, as further specified in the Privacy Policy. The Association reserves the right not to publish, or to remove, any material deemed inaccurate, offensive, unlawful, or contrary to its purposes.
