UAP Tools

Metabunk is an international platform where researchers and enthusiasts examine videos, photos, and reports step by step revealing what lies behind the phenomena.
For those who want to examine UFO reports with a more technical and scientific eye, it offers detailed analyses, documentation, and a community of researchers who verify what we are really seeing.

UAP Tracker is a modern online platform designed for monitoring, recording and technical analysis of UFO/UAP sightings in real time.
Its goal is to help researchers correlate each report with known sources (e.g. aircraft, satellites, drones or natural phenomena).
Offers geolocation tools and maps so reports can be accurately located and analyzed quickly.

Heavens Above is one of the most well known online platforms for tracking satellites, space objects, and phenomena in the night sky.
-
It provides real time information on the position and orbit of thousands of satellites, including the International Space Station (ISS).
-
It allows users to see when and where an object will appear in the sky e.g. ISS, Starlink, Iridium flares, comets, etc.

The ADS-B Exchange is one of the most popular and “open” air traffic monitoring platforms in the world. Unlike many commercial services, it relies on volunteers who collect ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance–Broadcast) signals from aircraft in real time.
-
Detailed information for each flight: altitude, speed, aircraft type, route, etc.
-
It does not "filter" military or special flights (unlike other platforms).
-
It has an API and integration capabilities for more technical use.
Weather & atmosphere
-
METAR/TAF (NOAA/avwx): actual airport weather at the time of sighting (APIs).
-
Windy / RainViewer: interactive weather maps/radar with embed.
-
LightningMaps / Blitzortung: lightning in real time (intersection with “flashes”).
-
NOAA SWPC OVATION: aurora forecast useful for “strange” flashes on the horizon.
Satellites & sky
-
CelesTrak / Space Track: TLEs for orbit calculation (pay attention to the terms).
-
N2YO: live tracking & simple API.
-
Stellarium Web: planetarium browser perfect for showing what was in the sky then/there (embed).
-
SunCalc / MoonCalc (JS): sun/moon position, useful for shadows/lighting (easy embed/JS).
Databases
NUFORC: huge report archive (exportable tables).
MUFON (CMS): searchable cases (partially with member).
American Meteor Society (AMS Fireballs): meteorites/fireballs to rule out misinterpretations.
The Black Vault (FOIA): declassified documents/PDFs
Forensics & OSINT
-
Forensically / FotoForensics: ELA, noise, cloning checks in images (online).
-
InVID WeVerify (browser plugin): keyframes, reverse search, metadata in videos.
-
ExifTool: full image/video metadata (CLI).
-
Tracker (OpenSource Physics): frame by frame motion analysis (angles/velocities).
-
ffmpeg: frame isolation/stabilization for technical review.
Χαρτογράφηση (embed ready)
Leaflet (open-source) + plugins (markercluster/heatmap).
Kepler.gl: large datasets in 3-D/maps, publish & embed.
Flourish / Datawrapper / Looker Studio: dashboards/maps with iframe.
OpenStreetMap / Mapbox: tiles & geocoding.
Διάφορα
NOTAMs (air announcements): exclude exercises/lights.
MarineTraffic: if the view was near the sea (ships/lighthouses).
Timeanddate (Astronomy): moon phases, altitude/azimuth for a specific time/location.
